Snapchat Speed Filter Killing Friendship

A GIRL has admitted that she resents her friend’s obsession with speeding everything up Snapchat

Heidi’s relationship with her friend Laura has it rock-bottom since she started needlessly speeding up videos on her Snapchat.

“It’s really brought into question the validity of this friendship. At first I just shrugged it off, thinking she was just trying it out, like cocaine. Then it started to get ridiculous, she’d speed up everything. Like, why speed up a Christening? It looked as if the priest was using the baby as a fucking dip-dab.”

“The filter itself isn’t even remotely funny. It just forces you to pay extra attention to the video. Mainly due to the fact your viewing something at double the fucking speed.”

“If I wanted to watch something double speed I’d take lots of street drugs and watch Gone in 60 Seconds or something.”

Despite the filter causing uproar in certain social capacities, Heidi is trying to remain positive.

“I’m sure this is a metaphor for something. Or maybe it’s symbolic of our friendship? Like, she’s really fast in life and maybe I’m just normal fast? I’m not sure, but it’s definitely deep.”
